Release of a new theme and server problems

I am using MidPhase hosting services for all my websites. Yesterday, I released the SimpleSite Theme only to realize that the server was down most of the time and many of the readers faced the problem and could not access the site. What’s more I was not even informed that the server will be down for maintenance/upgrades.
Not an idea situation to release a theme right?

I am hosted with the same company for a site and their service is rubbish , down half the time. Have you moved yet ?
